学习中医美雕这段时间，感触很深。刚开始接触时，觉得手法复杂，穴位也记不住，心里有些忐忑。但慢慢地，随着老师的耐心指导和自己的坚持，渐渐摸到了一些门道。它不仅是手法上的练习，更是一种对身体的倾听和对话。看到客人脸上的变化，感受到身体的轻松，心里有一种说不出的满足感。

学习中医美雕让我明白，美不仅仅是外在的修饰，更是内在的平衡与健康。它教会了我耐心、细心，也让我学会了如何用双手传递温暖和关怀。每一次操作都是一次心与心的交流，客人的信任和反馈让我更加坚定了这条路的信心。

对未来的愿景，我希望自己能继续深入学习，把中医美雕的精髓掌握得更扎实。不仅让自己变得更好，也能帮助更多人找到健康和自信。这条路还很长，但我相信，只要用心去做，未来一定会越来越好。

When I first started learning Traditional Chinese Facial Sculpting, the techniques felt complex and the acupoints were hard to remember. I was nervous. But with my instructor’s patient guidance and my own persistence, I gradually began to understand the art.
This practice is more than just hand techniques—it’s about listening to the body and communicating through touch. Seeing clients’ faces transform and their bodies relax gives me an incredible sense of fulfillment.
Through this journey, I’ve learned that beauty is not only external—it’s also about inner balance and health. It has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to convey care and warmth through my hands.
Looking ahead, I hope to deepen my skills, master the essence of this art, and help more people discover health and confidence. The journey is long, but with dedication, the future is bright.
